"This past weekend my husband and I came in for our very first dining experience. He is particularly discerning about food quality and I am a stickler for service so together we can be critical at times. I am pleased to say that the meal we had was wonderful! The surf and turf platter exceeded my husbands expectations visually and flavor-fully. My grouper was delicious as was the apple cobbler we had for desert. Food is only one portion of the experience and I'm glad to say that our server Katie (Katlin) was delightful. She was informative, helpful but not intrusive and very pleasant to deal with. I noticed that other waitstaff were also walking the floor to make sure all guests were being accommodated and to keep meal timing moving along easily but not rushed. (I have worked in F&B so understand how challenging that combination can be). We are glad to say we will be back and will tell our friends about Big Fish as we eat out quite a bit. Well done!"
